has been in the localization industry for more than 13 years.
He has been part of several efforts to take advantage of
XML. One of the main architects of OpenTag (XML format for
extracted text used in various localization tools), he is
also Technical Chair for OSCAR, the group responsible for
creating the standard XML format for translation memory
exchange (TMX).
