ENLASO (translate.com) getting “two thumbs up” from recent Customer Satisfaction Survey
BOULDER, CO – JULY 11, 2006 - ENLASO Corporation (translate.com), a leading provider of translation and localization solutions, today announced that a recently conducted customer satisfaction survey shows that 97% of the respondents would recommend ENLASO to other companies needing localization services.
Containing an array of performance questions, the survey was sent to all active ENLASO customers. The survey consisted of a total of 14 questions, including the option to provide additional comments.
“ENLASO uses a variety of business metrics to ensure that we provide quality-driven services for our customers. While our ISO certification is tangible evidence that we take customer service seriously, we are only as good as the recognition received from our clients,” notes ENLASO President John Watkins. “This survey gives us valuable information to better measure our performance in a variety of areas. By understanding our customers’ perceptions of the services we provide as their localization partner, we can better target our continuous improvement efforts to ensure that we exceed their expectations.” Watkins continues.
